Her journey into fitness began with a passion for Cross Country and Track, where improper nutrition impacted athletic performance. This realization fueled a deep interest in understanding the synergy between nutrition and training, leading to a lifelong dedication to fitness and nutrition.

With two science degrees, there's a strong commitment to offering science-backed training and nutrition protocols, along with education and support, to help clients reach their goals and develop sustainable healthy habits.
