A former professional baseball player in the Dodgers organization and two-time All American for the University of Rhode Island, Trainer Dan Batz studied Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Fitness. During his senior year at U.R.I. he received the Atlantic-10 Conference Player of the Year award, as well as the Senior Male Athlete Award.

A three-sport athlete in high school, fitness has always been a big part of Dan’s life, and he specializes in sport-specific training, core training, tone and firm workouts, weight loss, and muscular strength and endurance.

While playing in the Dodgers organization, Dan completed an internship with the minor league strength and conditioning coordinator. Upon finishing his professional career, he became A.C.E.
