Chantell is a certified trainer and wellness coach who is passionate about helping people improve their lives through movement, education, and lasting habits that maximize one’s quality of life. She earned her business degree from Cal State LA and completed her personal training and nutrition certifications at Cal State Dominguez Hills and UCLA. Certified through DBC, she specializes in a science-backed biomechanics approach.
She works with a diverse range of clients, from preteens to older adults, including individuals with disabilities and those with body composition goals, and is passionate about helping each person build confidence and strength from the ground up. In addition to in-facility training, Chantell has run a private training and health concierge business in the film industry, traveling with clients and working with them on set to support their health and performance. Her goal is to deliver results while making it enjoyable, rewarding and effective.
Outside of the gym, she enjoys traveling, cooking, extreme sports, and dedicating her time to her nonprofit work rescuing dogs on Skid Row.
